Ages 9-10 - GUPA Youth Ultimate 2026 Wednesdays
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 @ Guelph lake sports fields. We will be opening this up for 9 - 18 year olds. Registration fee $110 will include a disc and we will provide pizza following each session in order to facilitate the early start and to allow parents to play ultimate in the adult league at 6:30 without having hungry kids on the sidelines.
We will start with a warm up, instruction of basic throwing, catching and field skills (offense/ defense), games/drills to put the skills into practice, ending in scrimmages.
